Refund & Offer Terms

Each offer on CampusSave carries its own terms, set by the brand or merchant — including expiry, minimum purchase and verification requirements — shown on the offer card.

Refunds for purchases made through a CampusSave offer are handled by the merchant according to their own refund policy. CampusSave does not process payments directly for third-party purchases.

Cashback is credited to your CampusSave account only after the merchant confirms the transaction, which can take a few days depending on the brand.
